Warehouse Worker resume example & writing guide

Updated 2026-07-15 · Recommended template: Minimal

Warehouse and logistics recruiters filter for certifications, equipment, and safety records. A clean one-page resume with those three up front gets the callback.

What to include on a warehouse worker

  • List equipment certifications first: forklift (sit-down, reach), pallet jack, RF scanners.
  • Give your numbers: picks per hour, order accuracy, lines shipped per shift.
  • A clean safety record is a credential — state it plainly with the timespan.
  • Include WMS software: SAP, Manhattan, RF Smart — many postings filter on it.
  • Physical capabilities (lifting 50 lbs, standing shifts) belong in the skills section.

Sample bullet points

Adapt these to your own numbers — the structure (action, scope, result) is what matters:

  • Picked 140+ units per hour at 99.8% accuracy across a 250,000 sq ft distribution center
  • Certified sit-down and reach forklift operator with a spotless 4-year safety record
  • Trained 9 seasonal hires on RF scanning and pick-path procedures during peak season
